Affiliate Disclosure

Honest about how
this works.

A streaming recommendation that earns money on your tap is still a recommendation worth making — but only if we tell you that it earns, and only if the earning never moved the recommendation.

Last updated: 2026-05-08

What we earn

When you tap a streaming-platform pill in Nunca and subscribe, the platform may pay Yzzy LLC a small commission. You pay the same price as you would going direct.

What we will not do

Recommendations are not for sale. The picks come from the AI, the AI sees only your reactions, and the AI does not know which platforms pay us.

What we do not share

Affiliate networks see only that a click came from Nunca. They do not get your taste DNA, your reactions, your email, or anything else from your session.

1. The plain version

Nunca is a free service. We do not charge you, and we do not sell ads. To pay for the AI calls, the database, and the engineering time, we use streaming-platform affiliate links.

When a recommendation card links out to a streaming service, that link may carry a tracking parameter that tells the platform you arrived from Nunca. If you sign up or take an action they pay publishers for, Yzzy LLC receives a small commission. The price you pay is identical to going direct.

This disclosure exists because the U.S. Federal Trade Commission requires it, and because we think you deserve to know how a tool you use stays alive.

2. The promise: the recommendation is the product

The integrity of Nunca depends on one thing: that the picks you see are the picks the algorithm thinks you would actually love, not the picks that pay us most.

The AI that generates your taste DNA and the 15 recommendations is provided your reactions and only your reactions. It does not know our affiliate-program list. It does not know which platforms pay higher commissions. It does not know whether the show is available at all on platforms that pay us — that part is decided downstream, after the picks are chosen.

If a show on a platform that pays us nothing is the right pick for you, that is the pick we show. If the platform that pays us most does not have a show that fits, no nudge happens.

3. What we do with your data

Affiliate networks see, at most: the platform you tapped, a generic referral source (“nunca.app”), and the time of the tap. They do not see who you are.

They do not get:

The full picture of what data we collect and where it lives is in our Privacy Policy.

4. Which platforms we have programs with

We are still applying to affiliate programs at the time of this writing. Each major streaming service runs its program through one of a small number of affiliate networks. As programs go live, this page will be updated to list each platform individually.

Until then: assume any platform pill you tap may carry an affiliate parameter, may not, or may carry one that pays us nothing. The recommendation logic does not change either way.

5. If a program ends, we still recommend

If a streaming platform pulls its affiliate program — which they do periodically, sometimes for years at a time — the recommendations do not change. A show that is the right pick for you stays the right pick whether or not we earn anything from showing it.

6. Questions about this disclosure

Email hi@nunca.app. If something on this page reads as misleading or you spot a conflict between what we say here and what we do in the product, tell us. We will fix the page or fix the behavior, whichever turns out to be the bug.
